PKF-Mark III (“PKF”) has been an innovative leader in completing electrical infrastructure construction throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our clients and project scopes of work have included projects large and small for various of this region’s mass transit, highway/bridge/turnpike, and water/wastewater owners.
Electrical Experience
With an outstanding group of experienced craft and supervisory personnel, PKF has built traffic and highway/interchange lighting, both stand alone and site integrated substations, toll and ITS facilities, water/sewer plants, pump stations, extensive underground and duct bank infrastructure, power and instrumentation including SCADA system upgrades and replacements, storm hardening and generator installations, fiber optics, train and bus catenary, and automatic train control. PKF’s work in self-performing electrical and instrumentation, stands alone on specific projects, but is also supported by the broader PKF capabilities and resources used to perform all aspects of infrastructure construction.
Mechanical Installations
PKF’s mechanical experience is drawn from the dramatic water, wastewater, and landfill facilities that PKF has built since our inception in 1969. PKF built or added to many of the water and wastewater plants up and down the New Jersey coast, as well as within Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Our mechanical installations typically include the self-performance of critical components of plant construction including mechanical equipment purchase, coordination, installation, and startup; small/large diameter piping layout, coordination, installation, and testing; and process controls purchase, installation, and startup. With our parallel and concurrent completion of the electrical work in such plants, PKF’s coordination of these two critical facets of plant construction is enhanced and industry leading.
