Holding a BS degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Design and Construction Management from Rutgers University College of Engineering, Mr. Swiderski began his career at PKF in 1989 after working as a Bridge Inspector for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, after graduating in 1987. Mr. Swiderski has performed critical roles, including substantial structural and project engineering, job and project supervision, and project management. Possessing dramatic experience leading engineering teams, Mr. Swiderski continues to shape PKF’s Field Engineering Career Development through his position as Project Engineering Manager.
Throughout his career, Mr. Swiderski has played important roles on such critical projects as the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission’s Thickening Centrifuge Facility project, the Boston Harbor Project’s Deer Island Power Plant, DelDOT’s SR-1 Bypass, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority’s Interchanges 7A & 8 Widening, and the Upper Blackstone Sludge Incinerator Off-Gas System project. Currently, Mr. Swiderski manages the company’s ongoing Sign Structure projects on the NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.
Mr. Swiderski has also served on various committees, including: Operations (where he is currently serving as Chairman), Safety, and “Big Pick,” in addition being promoted to the Executive Committee in 2015.
