SEPTA awarded PKF this complex rehabilitation project with limited work windows and a service outage schedule that would limit the impact on commuter customers. During these service outages, PKF worked to demolish and reconstruct designated sections of the elevated rail line structure and return the tracks to service for the following morning’s commuters. In addition, PKF demolished and reconstructed two passenger stations.
