The NJ Transit, Rail Operations Division contracted PKF to replace 26 timber spans, supported by new steel pipe piles, cast-in-place pier and abutment substructures and precast superstructures.  The project also included removing and reinstalling steel stringers, retrofitting existing steel thru girders, and structural wrap encasement for eight timber pier piles. 

Adjacent to live rail and therefore performed in two stages, two fenders were also replaced, with PKF concurrently demolishing and replacing the respective timber structures, concrete, and precast concrete structures.
