Mr. Neidhart joined PKF-Mark III, Inc. in May 1989. His
responsibilities include managing all accounting, treasury, financial, risk
management, and human resource activities for PKF-Mark III, Inc. Mr.
Neidhart has undertaken special projects for the corporation including the
development of pricing models for turnkey projects
with complex financial requirements, implementation of a new project
information system, and the development of corporate asset allocation
systems.
Mr. Neidhart was appointed to the position of Project
Manager in 1993, and Vice President in 1995. In 1997 he was appointed to the
Board of Directors, serving in the capacity of Secretary/Treasurer. He also
served as Secretary of the Construction Financial Management Association-
Philadelphia Chapter from 1996 – 1998 and is currently First Vice
President on the Board of the Association of Prevailing Wage Contractors.
