Since joining PKF-Mark III in 1982, Mr. Kolbman has worked in a variety of heavy mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation/control projects. He became a Project Superintendent in 1985, and was promoted to Project Manager in 1990. In 1995 Mr. Kolbman advanced to the position of Vice President, and was made Assistant Secretary in 1997.

Mr. Kolbman’s responsibilities include providing direction to our Safety Program, Contract Administration, Field Operations, Scheduling, Engineering/Estimating, and the Electrical Staff.
