PKF-Mark III, Inc. was recently recognized with the 2018 TQI Partnering Award for its work on the PA Turnpike Repairs to the Delaware River Bridge.
The inaugural TQI & Partnering Awards Banquet, hosted on April 12, 2018, by the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors in conjunction with the Construction Innovation Conference, celebrated outstanding achievements in the highway and bridge construction industry on projects initiated in 2017. On this spring evening in State College, Pa., the Industry was joined by top officials from PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the Federal Highway Administration in recognizing excellence in three categories:
Recognizing partnership teams that demonstrate a high-level of achievement through their practice of the Partnering principles and processes related to the transportation industry.
Recognizing projects that head a positive impact on quality of life in communities.
Honoring private and public sector organizations that are champions in advancing diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion within their workforce, business processes and in the communities they serve.
Exceeding the high hopes for the ceremony’s success, the banquet will reoccur next spring as an annual event. Watch for the nomination process that will begin this fall, as we continue to honor the best of projects, processes and people in the transportation construction industry.
