PKF-Mark III, Inc. was formed in 1979 as the result of a merger between Perkins, Kanak, Foster, Inc. and Mark III Mechanical, Inc., construction companies operating since 1966. Since its inception, PKF-Mark III, Inc. has completed over 200 heavy/highway, environmental, and industrial projects.

PKF-Mark III, Inc. is an employee owned company headquartered in Newtown, Pennsylvania, just north of Philadelphia. It also owns and maintains an eight acre equipment storage and maintenance facility in Revere Pennsylvania.

With annual work volumes ranging from $50 to $100 million, PKF-Mark III, Inc. has ranked among the Engineering News Record top 400 contractors and top 50 domestic heavy and highway contractors.
