The President's Award is given annually to a person nominated by the employees based on the following criteria:

Attitude - a disposition on the part of the person to respond
                 in a given way

Judgement -  ability to make reasonable decisions with regard to duty

Knowledge - relative to work duties for a satisfactory performance

Dependability - ability to carry out duties with a minimum of supervision
